Swell Fiber Router Loan and Return Terms

Swell provides the router included with your fiber plan at no upfront charge and no monthly rental fee. The router remains Swell property; ownership does not transfer to you. When your Swell fiber service ends, including when you change providers, return the router within 30 days. If you do not return the router within that period, the non-return charge is $99 per unreturned router. This is not a service cancellation fee and does not decrease with the length of your service. The 1 Gig and 2 Gig plans include an eero 7; the 5 Gig plan includes an eero Pro 7.
