Open internet disclosure

How we manage our network.

The FCC transparency rule asks every ISP to disclose its network-management practices. Here are ours, generated from the same plan data behind our broadband labels.

Blocking

We do not block lawful content, applications, services, or non-harmful devices. Full stop.

Throttling

We do not throttle, slow, or degrade traffic on the basis of content, application, service, or usage volume.

Data caps & overage charges

None of our residential fiber plans has a data cap — usage is unlimited on every plan.

Congestion management

Our fiber network is engineered with capacity headroom; in the rare event of congestion, all traffic is treated equally (application-agnostic queue management). No application, content type, or user class is singled out.

Application-specific behavior

We do not modify, inject into, or interfere with specific applications or classes of applications, and we do not inhibit VPNs or end-user encryption.

Device attachment rules

You may attach any non-harmful device. Customer-owned routers are supported (bring your own equipment); ONT/optical equipment is provider-managed for network integrity.

Security practices

We employ practices targeting denial-of-service attacks, malware distribution, and abuse (e.g., blocking of known-malicious traffic sources). Security measures are application-agnostic and do not target lawful uses.

From our plan catalog today: 3 active fiber plans, 0 with data caps, 0 that slow speeds after a threshold, 0 with overage charges.

Per-plan performance, pricing, and fees are on each plan's broadband nutrition label. Questions about these practices: [email protected].
