01 · What the agreement gets you

A better amenity.
Less on your plate.

No cost to the property

A standard access agreement carries no fee, no equipment to buy and no requirement that any resident subscribe. Nothing is added to rent.

A leasing advantage

Put fiber in your listings and on every tour. Give residents connectivity they can use for work, streaming and everyday life.

Fewer calls to your office

Residents order online and work with Swell directly on installs and support. Your staff is not the help desk.

Residents choose

With an access agreement, no one is required to switch. Each household decides whether to order, and there is no contract if they do.

02 · Two ways to partner

Choose what fits
your community.

Access agreement

Resident choice

Swell is authorized to install and introduce the service to residents. Each household orders and pays Swell directly.

  • No cost to the property and no bulk commitment
  • Residents order individually, month to month
  • Building-named welcome materials, approved by you
  • A named contact for your property
  • Residents get support directly from Swell

Best for market-rate apartments, condominiums and HOA communities.

Bulk agreement

Property-wide amenity

Internet for every unit, billed to the property at a contracted per-unit rate and bundled into rent or offered as an amenity.

  • Every unit connected, with Wi-Fi 7 in each home
  • Equipment stays in the unit for the next resident
  • Priced to your property after a site review

Best for student housing, all-inclusive rentals and new communities. An access agreement can convert to bulk later. Bulk service requires a site review and a signed agreement.

05 · Common questions

Your buildings.
Your questions.

What does it cost the property?

A standard access agreement costs nothing. Bulk agreements carry a per-unit rate quoted to your property after a site review.

Will residents have to switch?

Under an access agreement, no. Every household decides for itself, and there is no contract if they order. A bulk agreement provides internet as a property-wide amenity under the property’s contracted terms.

What does the work involve?

Fiber runs to a terminal in a utility room, then to each unit, where a fiber jack and the Wi-Fi 7 router go in. We confirm the building’s requirements in a site review and coordinate the work with your team.

Do you work with HOAs and condo boards?

Yes. A standard access agreement is available at no cost to the association, subject to availability and a site review.

Can an access agreement convert to bulk later?

Yes. We can review a property-wide arrangement with you later. Bulk pricing and terms require a site review and a signed agreement.

Where are you working in Indiana?

We are talking with properties in Bloomington, Columbus, Shelbyville and Bartholomew County. Share your addresses so we can confirm availability building by building.
