Internet offline: safe first checks for your eero network
If your internet is not working, first check whether the problem affects one device or several. Note when it started and the lights visible on your router.
Check that the eero has power and that the Ethernet cable between your main eero and the fiber terminal (ONT) is firmly connected. Do not unplug the thin fiber cable or open the fiber terminal.
If you already have access to the eero app, open Home and check the network status. If it shows Offline, use Troubleshoot your connection and note the result. A red light or an offline message is a symptom, not proof of the cause.
Do not factory-reset your equipment or change ISP settings as a first step. Contact Swell at [email protected] with the symptoms, affected devices and checks you tried. Do not email passwords, payment details or verification codes. An outage and any restoration estimate must be confirmed from current service records.
